Violations may result in termination of internship. Demonstrate highest level of professionalism, arriving on time for designated work, notifying supervisor of deviations, dressing to company standards. Respect reporting structure and follow policies and procedures. Remain calm, cool, and collected around high‑profile celebrities and executives, using discretion and judgment. Avoid unsolicited conversation; learn as much as possible while representing the company. Communicate any issues with supervisors that may affect performance or success. Appreciate diversity and respect various social and political viewpoints; do not discriminate on basis of race, creed, color, sex, religion, age, nation/ethnic origin, disability, or sexual orientation. Notify company in advance if plan to change academic institutions, change majors, or no longer meet program requirements. Follow rules, regulations, and policies set by academic institution. Notify supervisor of last day of employment; schedule exit interview on or before last day. Qualifications Strong writing skills for business letters, memos, budgets, research, etc. Mac and PC proficient. College credit necessary. Personable and comfortable around celebrities and top executives. Ability to speak and convey an idea or plan. Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
