Position Overview:

We are currently in search of a Spanish-speaking, Board Certified or Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our Rockwood clinic community. Ideal candidates should possess experience in telehealth and digital health, or demonstrate the ability to integrate virtual care into their practice.

As a Primary Care Physician with us, you can expect:

$425,000 - $495,000 - Projected Annual Total Rewards Value*

• Base Salary: $246,400 to $280,000
• 21% employer contribution to retirement plans, including pension (This is not a matching contribution; we add an additional 21% of clinician earnings to retirement plans regardless of employee contributions)
• Health plan with over 90% employer coverage
• Paid annual education leave plus a $2,000 annual education allowance
• Primary Care Panel Incentive - up to $55,000
• Language Proficiency Stipend - starting at $5,000

In addition to the projected total compensation, New Hire Incentives include:

• Student loan assistance programs - up to $175,000
• Relocation assistance - up to $15,000
