Will transfer a caller to an associates voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable.Greets and directs visitors to the company.Check in visitors with gear and issue a claim check for stored gearTakes and retrieves messages for various personnel.Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information.Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.NON- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSProvides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.COMPETENCIESFlexibility.Communication Proficiency.Collaboration Skills.Customer/Client Focus.Technical CapacitySUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITYThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.WORK ENVIRONMENTThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThis is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required.
