Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC and conventional machines and machining centers to produce precision components while meeting quality, productivity, and delivery expectations. Work with blueprints and GD&T requirements, inspect your own work using precision measuring tools, and troubleshoot issues to help keep production running smoothly. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to solve problems, improve processes, and support continuous improvement efforts such as 5S, Kaizen events, and value stream mapping. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, with a two-year technical degree preferred. Experience operating CNC and/or conventional machining equipment is required. Strong knowledge of machine tooling, fixtures, machining processes, blueprint reading, and GD&T. Comfortable using precision inspection equipment such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, and gauges. Basic familiarity with machine programming features and ERP systems. We offer: Competitive pay ranging from $25.00 – $39.36 per hour + $1.00 per hour shift differential based upon skill and experience. Shift schedule options: Mon–Fri (3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.) or Mon‑Thurs (3:00 p.m. – 1:30 a.m.).
