???? Available Shifts

1st Shift: Mon–Thurs | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: Mon–Thurs | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (+10% diff )
Weekend Shift: Fri–Sun | 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM (+25% diff )

???? What You’ll Do

Perform CNC setups, tool changes, offsets, and operation
Run parts to tight tolerances and maintain quality standards
Read blueprints, GD&T, and setup documentation
Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and precision gaging
Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust processes
Support preventive maintenance & machine upkeep
Perform deburring and finishing as needed
Participate in lean manufacturing & continuous improvement

✅ What We’re Looking For

2+ years of CNC machining experience (lathe/turning required)
Ability to perform setups and run independently
Experience with offsets, troubleshooting, and multi-machine operation
Strong blueprint reading & inspection skills
Comfortable working with tight tolerances and complex parts
Aerospace, medical, or high-precision experience preferred
