Remote Implementation Operations Manager
Vida Health Inc
Vida Health is seeking an Implementation Operations Manager to lead client implementation work from sales handoff through ongoing QA and process improvement. You will own the full lifecycle of program changes, partner changes, and new client launches alongside Client Success, TechOps, and Product teams.
In this remote US role, you will configure platforms, map data, manage billing workflows, and ensure data quality.
