Financial Analyst III What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting a Global IT team, managing monthly forecasts, annual planning, developing automated reporting capabilities, and providing performance tracking. Interface directly with regional business and finance leaders and provide support to the Global IT organization. Conduct independent P&L analysis and interpretation of the business unit financials on a monthly basis. Understand the various elements of the P&L and B/S, their relationships, and provide detailed analysis of the data to the business unit leaders. Member of the Corporate FP&A team supporting IT. Work with large amounts of data and understand key business drivers at the macro level; perform ad‑hoc forecasting, variance analysis, and impromptu requests. Interact with different levels of the organization and cross‑functional departments. Work under the supervision of the Finance Manager while working autonomously at times. Perform late‑night, weekend, or holiday coverage as required by month, quarter, or year‑end requirements. What We Are Looking For: Four‑year degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. At least four years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience. Corporate accounting or corporate finance experience is a plus. Ability to consistently produce high‑quality analysis within tight deadlines by prioritizing, identifying roadblocks, and collaborating with colleagues and management. Strong financial acumen and analytics skills, high proficiency in data mining and forecasting model development. Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes related to the business; knowledge of US GAAP, Sarbanes‑Oxley, internal controls; strong systems knowledge such as Oracle, ERP systems, and Business Objects; solid background in P&L management. Excellent written and oral communication skills to support preparation and presentation of written briefs and summaries for internal communication and coordination with various departments. Work Arrangement Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday work from home.
