Every day, our team members make a direct and lasting impact on the lives of individuals, families, and communities.Why Join Our Team?Competitive Pay & Benefits$18.16/hour weekday rate$19.16/hour weekend rateDailyPay – Access Your Earned Wages Before PaydayMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanPaid Time OffEmployee Assistance ProgramWellness ProgramsEmployee Referral BonusesCompany-Paid TrainingCareer Growth & DevelopmentPaid Training ProgramsProfessional Development OpportunitiesCertification OpportunitiesLeadership Development ProgramsCareer Advancement OpportunitiesOpportunities Across Multiple Service LinesMeaningful Work That MattersMake a Difference Every DaySupport Individuals and FamiliesBuild Meaningful RelationshipsStrengthen CommunitiesJoin a Mission-Driven OrganizationWhat You'll DoAs a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will:Provide compassionate support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.Assist with activities of daily living including personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, housekeeping, and community participation.Support individuals in achieving personal goals identified in their Individual Service Plans (ISP).Foster independence, dignity, and self-advocacy while promoting community inclusion.Provide supervision, guidance, and skill-building opportunities that enhance quality of life.Maintain a safe, supportive, and trauma-informed environment.Administer medications and complete required medication documentation.Monitor for health, safety, and behavioral concerns and respond appropriately to crisis situations.Transport individuals to appointments, day programs, recreational activities, religious services, family visits, and community events.Complete documentation accurately and timely, including daily logs, medication records, behavioral tracking, incident reports, progress notes, and other required agency records.Work collaboratively with Residential Managers, Lead DSPs, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support individual outcomes.Participate in staff meetings, trainings, licensing requirements, and ongoing professional development.Assist with maintaining compliance with agency policies, DDD regulations, HIPAA requirements, and safety standards.Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of individuals and the residential program.Who We're Looking ForYou may be a great fit if you are: Compassionate Dependable Patient Team-Oriented Service-Focused Professional Positive Committed to Helping OthersQualificationsRequiredHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Must be at least 21 years of age.CPI training or ability to complete CPI training prior to placement in the home.Ability to pass required background screenings and clearances.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to document accurately and maintain confidentiality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.PreferredAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.Six months to one year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.Experience with trauma-informed care and behavioral support practices.CPR and First Aid certification.ScheduleFull-TimeSunday through ThursdayShift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PMWeekend differential pay availableFlexibility to assist with emergency or coverage needs as requiredPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift, transfer, or assist individuals weighing up to 50 pounds.Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb stairs, and reach throughout the shift.Ability to safely operate agency vehicles.Ability to provide hands-on assistance and support as needed.Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.Apply TodaySome jobs pay the bills.
