Overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP)

We are a company that specializes in enriching the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities by providing creative and quality care in all areas of their lives! We are looking for staff that are dependable, energetic, and quick on their feet and are committed to helping our individuals live their best life! Creative Care Resources overnight shifts are typically from 10 pm to 8 am the following day. During overnight shifts, staff are expected to follow all of the trainings and procedures as daytime staff, but they do have the ability to sleep if the individuals are also asleep and in a safe setting. Have reliable transportation to and from work and ability to be on time for scheduled shifts Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Demonstrate the desire, skills and abilities to work with persons with special needs (training is provided) Pass a Criminal Background Check Valid driver's license & clean driving record preferred Demonstrate a positive demeanor & outlook Full Time requires working a minimum 30 hours per week Part Time hours are between 7 & 30 hours per week Ability to stand, walk, sit, take stairs, bend/twist, kneel/crouch Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
