Key Responsibilities Lead internal communication initiatives across North America by coordinating campaigns, managing the Ambassador program Develop employee communications, leadership messages, newsletters, and company announcements Create employee spotlight stories, project success stories, and corporate content Support planning and communications for the annual North America Leadership Convention. Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives Manage employer branding content and create content highlighting major projects, customer successes, innovation initiatives and employee achievements Coordinate communications related to sustainability and ESG reporting, performance indicators and promote success stories and best practices Develop presentations and strategic communication materials, and manager the content for our presence on LinkedIn and other digital channels Ensure consistency of messaging and brand standards across the organization Must have Qualifications Experience in an industrial, construction, energy or technical services environment is preferred. 3 to 7 years of professional experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English -Years experience working in the following industries; construction, engineering, energy & utilities, manufacturing/industrial Ability to work full-time onsite French Language proficiency Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Strong writing, editing, storytelling and content development skills Creative mindset combined with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach.
