Job Summary: Our client is looking for a Communications Specialist with 5-7 years of experience to join their dynamic team. You'll need a blend of creativity, attention to detail, and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Mailchimp and Outlook proficiency are essential.

- 5-7 years of experience in communications, public relations, or similar roles.
- Experience with project management and event planning , ensuring efficient coordination.
- Mailchimp expertise for managing and analyzing email campaigns.
- Advanced Outlook skills for scheduling and communication management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills , adaptable for different audiences.
- bility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities .
- Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage email campaigns via Mailchimp, ensuring segmentation, content development, and performance tracking.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate virtual and in-person events , including conferences and webinars.
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to craft engaging messaging for newsletters, social media, and internal communications.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials , ensuring brand consistency.
- Handle daily communication tasks , including responding to inquiries, drafting correspondence, and managing schedules.
- Use Outlook for efficient scheduling, email management, and coordination across teams.
- Maintain and update the company's communication database .
