Project Professional Opportunities Our PMO and program services are growing across the USA. Turner & Townsend are inviting experienced project professionals at all levels to join our team supporting diverse construction projects in Data Centers, Manufacturing, and Corporate Occupier markets. Technical Disciplines PMO Program Management SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, where applicable. Qualifications Minimum of 10–15 years of experience delivering large and complex programs. Experience in Data Centers, Manufacturing, and Corporate Occupier projects with owner/operator, consultancy, developer, or EPC delivery. Demonstrated technical expertise in program management and PMO leadership, with a proven track record in establishing processes, procedures, and governance frameworks; skilled in implementing robust program controls and driving key initiatives such as quarterly business reviews, vendor performance management, and KPI development. Cross‑functional team participation in a dynamic environment. Excellent problem‑solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills. Ability to work in a client‑facing environment and drive internal teams to deliver results while ensuring client satisfaction. Passionate about solving complex challenges.
