Your Impact as a Plant Operations Assistant / Purchasing Analyst In this role, you will: * Maintain Organization: Keep project documents organized and ready for external review upon request. * Support Funding Requests: Prepare documentation for funding, respond to inquiries, and gather additional information as needed. * Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with purchasing, accounts receivable, contractors, and subcontractors. * Track Project Details: Manage and monitor multiple projects simultaneously to ensure deadlines are met.
