Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Titusville, FL, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, expanding relationships with domestic and international customers, and driving revenue growth across key market segments such as airlines, MROs, OEMs, military fleets and brokers. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing and delivering sales presentations, collaborating with technical and operations teams to develop tailored proposals, and negotiating commercial terms that align with company policies. The position also involves analyzing market trends, monitoring competitor activity, maintaining an accurate sales pipeline, and providing regular performance and forecast reports. The Business Development Manager will represent the company at industry events and customer meetings, uphold the organization’s standards for quality and service, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in business development, sales strategy, and account management to grow and sustain customer relationships. Candidates should possess skills in market research, data analysis, and forecasting to identify opportunities and support informed decision-making. Candidates should possess skills in negotiation, contract management, and pricing strategy to structure competitive and compliant commercial agreements. Candidates should possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and internal teams. Candidates should possess organizational, time management, and CRM proficiency skills to manage pipelines, reporting, and follow-up activities. Experience in aviation, aerospace, MRO, or related technical services environments is highly beneficial. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
