Portfolio Manager, Wearables

Stryker seeks a Portfolio Manager to lead hardware strategy for Smart Care wearable devices, including the hands-free communication badge and future products. The role encompasses roadmap development, product strategy, market research, financial modeling, and cross-functional collaboration within the Smart Hospital ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Own and develop wearable hardware roadmap aligned to Smart Hospital ecosystem priorities
Lead new product development end-to-end with engineering, design, regulatory, and clinical teams
Conduct market research and voice-of-customer analysis to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities
Build financial models and business cases to guide pricing, investment, and lifecycle decisions
Monitor competitive landscape and emerging technologies to inform product differentiation strategy

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
4+ years of project management and delivery experience
Voice of Customer analysis and qualitative/quantitative research skills
Portfolio strategy, roadmapping, or product management experience preferred
Healthcare technology, medical device, or MedTech industry background preferred
Go-to-market strategy and financial modeling expertise preferred

Compensation: $89,300 - $193,400 USD Annual (depending on location and level)
