Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18 - $18 / hour*

What you'll be doing as an Insulation Installer:

• Install various types of insulation materials, including fiberglass batts, blown-in insulation, rigid foam, spray foam, air barriers, and waterproofing systems

• Measure, cut, and fit insulation materials according to specifications, ensuring proper coverage and sealing gaps to maximize energy efficiency

• Assist with preparing work areas by cleaning, staging materials, and ensuring job site safety

• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Remove and properly dispose of old insulation materials

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record preferred

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 pounds
