Guest Services Dispatcher - Housekeeping & Scheduling

Gold Coast Hotel & Casino

A leading Las Vegas hotel is seeking a responsible individual to manage phone calls and maintain guest service logs. The candidate will dispatch housekeeping services, resolve guest complaints, and handle a high volume of incoming calls. Strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills are essential. This role requires detail-oriented individuals who can manage time effectively.
