Clinical Team Lead

• Salary Range: $33.34 - $46.68 per hour (single license) or $35.00 - $49.00 (dually licensed), based on relevant years of experience
• Location: Larimer county, Colorado at our Longview campus
• Status: Full time, 40 hours per week
• Hours: Wednesday - Saturday 7AM-5:30PM

Employees working at locations operating 24/7 earn a differential.  Shift differentials are also available for evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

About the Role

As a Clinical Team Lead, you will help guide the delivery of high-quality mental health and substance use disorder services at the Longview campus. In this role, you will support case managers and Behavioral Health Therapists through individual and group clinical supervision, case consultation, coaching, and day-to-day clinical leadership. You will also provide direct client care and partner with program/site leadership to help the team respond to emerging treatment needs and service changes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a team of mental health and substance use treatment professionals through coaching, training, and day-to-day guidance.
• Provide individual and group clinical supervision, case consultation, and thoughtful administrative oversight.
• Collaborate with site and program leaders to strengthen team operations, support staff, and improve client care.
• Provide therapy, rehabilitative services, case management, and referrals that help clients move toward their treatment goals.
• Respond to crisis needs by providing de-escalation, risk assessment, and connection to appropriate resources by phone and in person.
• Assess client needs, strengths, goals, mental status, and service plans to guide effective care.
• Coordinate with families, schools, courts, community agencies, and other partners to support each client’s care plan.
• Help clients build coping skills, problem-solving skills, and daily living supports that promote stability and recovery.
• Complete clear, timely documentation that supports quality care and meets clinical, organizational, and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related behavioral health field.
• Two or more years of post-graduate experience in behavioral health and/or substance use services.

Required Licenses and Certifications

• Current Colorado professional license in an appropriate discipline, such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LAC.
• At least three years or 3,000 hours of licensed clinical experience.
• Eligible to provide clinical supervision under applicable state regulations and SummitStone policy.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license, or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire, for roles that require driving. Must maintain a clean driving record. Some roles may include occasional travel to client homes, partner agencies, or community locations and may require safe transportation of clients.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Bilingual and/or bicultural experience.
