Senior Corporate Counsel: Contracts, Privacy & Risk (Remote)
Baker Tilly International
Baker Tilly is seeking a Corporate Counsel in Pasadena to draft, negotiate, and review commercial agreements while providing interpretation and risk guidance across the contract lifecycle. You will collaborate with legal, risk, and business leadership on process improvements and policy development.
The role requires a JD and at least 3 years in a law firm or in-house; privacy law experience is preferred. Travel up to 10% is expected.
