Job Description

Renegade Infrastructure Group is seeking motivated Telecommunications Field Technician to join our growing team. This position involves working throughout Lafayette and the surrounding areas on a variety of telecommunications projects, including cable transfers, fiber and coax maintenance, new construction, routing, cut-ins, troubleshooting, and other field operations.

Responsibilities

Perform aerial and underground cable transfers
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot fiber optic and coaxial networks
Assist with new construction projects
Complete cut-ins and network routing tasks
Perform general telecommunications field work
Work safely and efficiently in outdoor environments

Qualifications

Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Telecommunications, utility, or construction experience preferred, but not required
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
