Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician / Make-Ready Technician
Location: Hammond, LA and Bogalusa, LA
Pay: $16/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Technician (Make-Ready) to join our team at an apartment community. This position plays a key role in preparing units for new residents while maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the property.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance tasks
Prepare apartments for move-in (make-ready)
Interior painting and touch-ups
Assist with appliance removal and installation
Replace or repair basic hardware
Groundskeeping and property cleanup
Support maintenance team with daily tasks

Physical Requirements:

Ability to walk, stand, and lift for extended periods
Must be capable of heavy lifting
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors

Qualifications:

Previous maintenance or make-ready experience preferred
Basic knowledge of tools and repair work
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
