Maintenance TechArcosa Aggregates is seeking a Maintenance Tech at our Independence, LA plant. As a plant operator, you will work on preventive maintenance on the plant and heavy mobile equipment to meet daily production.Day to Day:Actively promote safety awareness and continuous improvement through positive recognitionEnsure compliance with safety standards, proper use of PPE, and adherence to company policies during maintenance work.Run and maintain the plant to meet daily production in an aggregate environment.Comply with all industry safety rules, procedures, and applicable government regulations.Perform daily pre-shift on equipment and workplace inspections to maintain equipment performance.Maintain strong communications with other plant employees and operators.Knowledge of preventative maintenance in production equipment and plant maintenanceCleans equipment, clears obstacles in work environment.Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned.About You:Prompt, regular, and predictable attendance.
