Bilingual HR Business Partner

To shape the future of HR at a rapidly evolving company, the full-time Head of HR Business Partner (Bilingual English/Chinese) will lead the global HRBP function, partnering with executives to enhance organizational design, workforce planning, and talent investment while fostering a culture of strategic collaboration across regions. Key responsibilities Define and lead the global HRBP operating model, standards, and expectations Collaborate with executives on organizational design, succession planning, and leadership effectiveness Coach and guide the North American HRBP team while ensuring consistency across HRBPs in China and India Required qualifications 8+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, primarily in US-based organizations Experience in both high-growth startups and larger structured organizations Track record of partnering with VP and executive-level leaders on strategic decisions Deep knowledge of organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management Professional fluency in both Mandarin and English
