Job Summary
Emergency Room Registered Nurse needed in Crescent City, California. The position involves providing high-quality emergency care in a dynamic environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for patient assessment, stabilization, and treatment, ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.

Job Details

• Schedule: Shift time is days, with 12-hour shifts. Minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid California State Nursing License, ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in emergency nursing. Experience in trauma level I or II preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous charge nurse experience, proficiency with Epic charting system, and experience managing ventilated patients.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The unit serves a diverse patient age range including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics, with a daily census of 50-70 patients in a 12-bed facility. The team has support from physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, and other interdisciplinary teams. Candidates must complete required onboarding modules during orientation.
