Certified Surgical Tech (CST) – Job Description

• 13-week CST contract
• Location: Spokane, WA
• Shift: Day 4x10s (06:45 AM – 05:15 PM)
• Call required (as assigned)
• Floating to outpatient surgical center as needed

Requirements:

MUST HAVE NEURO EXPERIENCE

• NBSTSA CST certification required
• WA SURG TECH license needed
• BLS required
• 1+ year surgical technologist experience required
• Scrub experience required
• Circulating experience required
• Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
• Teaching hospital experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Scrub and circulate across a wide range of surgical cases
• Support procedures in general, ortho, neuro, GYN, ENT, urology, plastics, robotics, and transplant
• Maintain sterile technique and OR safety standards
• Assist with Da Vinci robotic and complex surgical procedures
• Ensure proper instrumentation, equipment setup, and case readiness
• Participate in safe patient handling and OR team coordination
