About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer to lead its financial and operational strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning financial and operational objectives with long-term business goals, overseeing fiscal planning, compliance, and risk management, and driving supply chain optimization for multi-channel fulfillment operations. This role requires the development and leadership of high-performing teams, championing technology adoption, and serving as the primary liaison with investors and external advisors. The CFO/COO will also be tasked with ensuring compliance with trade regulations, driving initiatives to improve margins, and maximizing equity value. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with an MBA or CPA preferred, and at least 15 years of experience in finance and operations within high-growth consumer-focused organizations. Expertise in supply chain management, multi-channel fulfillment strategies, and experience in VC- or PE-backed environments is essential. The role demands proficiency in ERP systems, advanced analytics tools, and a strong background in leading cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, with a focus on leveraging analytics for business improvement, and possess a collaborative leadership style with a strategic vision for growth.
