Epic Referrals Analyst

Epic Referrals Analyst *Location:* Remote
*Duration:* Contract - 6 months (likely to extend)
*Epic Referrals Certification required*
*Overview* We are seeking an *Epic Referrals Analyst* to support a healthcare organization's Back to Foundation initiative. This individual will work closely with operational and IT teams to optimize referral workflows, support system enhancements, and ensure Epic functionality aligns with business needs.
*Required Qualifications*
* *Epic Referrals Certification (required)*
* Experience supporting and building within Epic Referrals
* Strong understanding of patient access and referral workflows
* Experience working as an Epic Analyst in a healthcare environment
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
*Responsibilities*
* Support and maintain the Epic Referrals application
* Gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions
* Perform build, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization activities
* Partner with Patient Access and operational stakeholders on workflow improvements
* Provide ongoing production support and issue resolution
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Additional Epic certifications
* Experience with Epic optimization or foundation initiatives
* Hospital or health system experience

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $90.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
