Provides assessment, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care for neonatal patients in an acute care setting. Requires holistic and individualized care, along with patient/family education and care transitions, in accordance with established clinical standards. Job Details Specialty: NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 08/10/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours per week: 36 hours Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Schedule: Nights shift, 3x12 hours, 1900-0700 start times, with a minimum of 36 hours per week; every other weekend required voluntary call and floating as needed. Required Qualifications: CA RN Licensure, BLS (American Heart Association), NRP, at least 0 years of experience in Neonatal Intensive Care Units; inpatient experience in level III or level IV neonatal units preferred. Additional Information: Candidates should have a current and valid CA RN license uploaded within the past 2 weeks, with applicable certifications such as BLS and NRP. Two references obtained within the last year are required. All compliance documents, including work history verification, are due 10 days before the start date. Onboarding labs should be completed within 3-5 days of contract signing. RTO Policy: Max RTO of 7 days per contract; holiday RTO includes specific holidays, beginning at 7:00 PM the night before and ending at 7:00 AM the day after the holiday. Only one holiday per contract can be requested.
