Shelter Stabilization Specialist — Drive Hope

Community Bridges, INC is looking for a Client Stabilization Specialist in Tucson, Arizona. This role supports individuals and families experiencing homelessness, stabilizing new arrivals and conducting HMIS intakes. Responsibilities include monitoring program compliance, escalating issues, and coordinating care for mental health and medical needs. A high school diploma and 12 months recovery from substance use or mental health disorders are required.
