Shift Manager

3M HEALTHCARE

Responsibilities As a Retail Shift Manager (Lead Pawn Broker) you will lead the store and deliver outstanding customer service while promoting sales and making deals for a variety of pawn items. Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers Process loans and extensions Negotiate terms regarding pawned items Perform opening and closing store procedures Supervise and coach store team members Qualifications The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, negotiation, and organization skills along with a solid customer orientation. High school diploma or GED Minimum 1 year of supervisory, key holder, or team/shift lead experience Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test Valid driver’s license and auto insurance Adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulations Knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics (a plus) Sales background (a plus) Bilingual (a plus) Benefits Our comprehensive benefits package includes: Free Health Insurance Competitive wages Monthly uncapped bonus potential paid on store and individual performance Great working hours 401(k) with company match Generous paid time off Holiday pay Store discount #J-18808-Ljbffr
