Product Experience Operations Coordinator

Overview As a Product Experience Operations Coordinator on our Prediction Markets Team, you will be at the center of one of FanDuel's newest and fastest-growing product lines. Prediction Markets bring the excitement of sports, culture, and current events together in a single contract-based format, and you will help ensure the experience is sharp, timely, and unmistakably FanDuel every day. Your primary focus will be the day-to-day execution and merchandising of our Prediction Markets product — building out contracts and event pages around games, storylines, and moments fans are talking about, while ensuring the site reflects real-time activity across major leagues. You will collaborate with Product, Trading, and Tech partners to keep the experience running smoothly and help shape the tools and processes that support this product as it scales. This is a ground-floor opportunity: Prediction Markets is a new and rapidly growing space at FanDuel, with real potential for growth. We seek a candidate with a genuine interest in sports, betting markets, and event-based contracts who can operate with precision in a dynamic, always-on environment and help build something from the ground up. The Game Plan Everyone on our team has a part to play. Merchandise and optimize Prediction Markets contracts and pages around live games, storylines, and marquee sporting moments to keep the experience engaging and relevant. Monitor live sporting events and site performance in real time, adjusting content as games and news develop. Ensure on-site content is accurate, timely, and aligned with what sports fans care about that day. Collaborate with Product and Tech partners to improve tooling, workflows, and processes supporting Prediction Markets. Identify and resolve operational issues swiftly to protect the customer experience. Support cross-functional teams in aligning on requirements, strategies, and priorities across sports and leagues. Help document formats, rules, and processes to establish long-term operational standards for a still-forming product. Identify and escalate bugs and issues raised by customers and internal stakeholders. Continuously improve processes to drive efficiency and support the product's growth. The Stats What we’re looking for in our next teammate. Extensive knowledge of major sports leagues, with a genuine interest in prediction markets and event-based contracts. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Proactive and excited to build and shape an innovative, emerging product within FanDuel. Solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to improving the user experience. Ability to collaborate effectively with a broad range of partners and stakeholders. Data-driven approach to decision making and problem solving. Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, including nights, weekends, and holiday shifts as sports demand. Prior experience in operations, product, or content management preferred. Familiarity with analytics tools (Amplitude, Tableau, etc.) is a plus. The applicable hourly range for this position is $26.92 - $33.65 USD, dependent on factors including experience, location, business needs, and market demand.
