What You’ll Do You’ll sell and service the full State Farm product line — auto, home, life, health, and financial services — to new and existing clients across Southwest Florida. Run needs-based sales conversations to identify and close multi-line opportunities Work a provided, warm lead pipeline alongside outbound prospecting and referral development Build client relationships that generate renewals, referrals, and loyalty — not just one policy Participate in daily team huddles, weekly meetings, and ongoing development sessions Hold yourself to real production goals — and celebrate when you hit them Why This Role Wins Real earnings | Competitive base + uncapped commission.
