About Our Clinic Central Florida Therapy (CFT), Inc. believes in a relationship-based approach to enhance the development of children. Our therapy interventions favor a collaborative approach to therapy to empower children and reach their full potential. Whether treatment takes place in our clinic, at school or through teletherapy, parents and caregivers are encouraged to be active participants in their child's treatment.
As a Part Time Office Staff at Central Florida Therapy, your role will involve engaging with families during check-in, providing a warm and friendly greeting that sets the tone for their visit. You will play a crucial part in our operations by looking up benefits and authorizations for current patients, you'll onboard new families, guiding them through our processes, while monitoring Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and processing payments.
Work hours will be Monday through Thursday 2PM to 6PM.

To excel as a part of Central Florida Therapy, a set of essential skills is critical. Proficiency in computer skills, including Google Drive, Word, and Excel, is necessary for efficiently navigating our administrative tasks. Familiarity with using electronic record-keeping system will also be crucial, and a quick learning ability will be highly valued. Experience in a similar role is preferred, allowing you to hit the ground running.
Additionally, you will be responsible for light cleaning duties, such as taking out the trash, to maintain a pleasant environment. This role will operate under the guidance of our competent Office Manager, providing you with the support needed to succeed in a fast-paced, organized atmosphere.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Knowledge of computer skills to Include Google Drive.
- Word and Excel as well as the ability to pick up on our electronic record keeping system
- Experience will be preferred in hiring for this role
