Job Overview A law firm seeks a Commercial Finance Associate with 3-6 years of experience to join its finance practice in Phoenix, Arizona. The role involves representing a diverse range of institutional clients in complex finance transactions. Duties Handle a variety of complex finance transactions, including syndicated and portfolio transactions. Apply knowledge of Article 9 of the UCC and bankruptcy code in commercial finance transactions. Engage in workouts/restructuring, M&A, and private equity transactions. Requirements 3-6 years of transactional experience in finance. Strong writing and analytical skills. Active bar license in the location of consideration. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction. Skills Excellent academic credentials. Strong transactional background. Understanding of complex finance transactions.
