$36,000 - $50,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient real estate transactions.
• Support real estate agents by managing schedules, appointments, and client communications.
• Maintain and update property listings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in preparing and distributing marketing materials to promote properties effectively.
• Facilitate communication between clients, agents, and third-party vendors to streamline processes.
• Monitor transaction timelines and ensure all deadlines are met for successful closings.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical files for easy access and retrieval of information when needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Fluent English communication, comfortable on the phone and via email.
• Tech-savvy; able to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
• Flexible availability (full/part-time) with weekends.
• Problem-solving mindset with initiative to tackle tasks independently.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
