Join our dedicated team at Atlantic Shores Sotheby's International Realty as a Real Estate Operations Assistant. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing clients' home buying and selling experiences, a mission we hold dear. In this role, you'll manage essential operational tasks, coordinate with real estate agents, and support the seamless execution of transactions. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help maintain our high standards of service. Compensation:$36,000 - $50,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient real estate transactions.
- Support real estate agents by managing schedules, appointments, and client communications.
- Maintain and update property listings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in preparing and distributing marketing materials to promote properties effectively.
- Facilitate communication between clients, agents, and third-party vendors to streamline processes.
- Monitor transaction timelines and ensure all deadlines are met for successful closings.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files for easy access and retrieval of information when needed.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Fluent English communication, comfortable on the phone and via email.
- Tech-savvy; able to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
- Flexible availability (full/part-time) with weekends.
- Problem-solving mindset with initiative to tackle tasks independently.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
