Associate Sys & App Mgt & Sup Specialist

Overview As an Associate System & Application Management & Support Specialist, you will manage service operations in the Swift Central Control Centre. Your role includes balancing routine operations with the development of automation tools, often working a rotational schedule that covers weekend coverage in a 24/7 environment. Responsibilities Operate and maintain critical services, ensuring high availability and security. Investigate moderate‑to‑complex incidents and develop lasting solutions. Design, build, test, and maintain automation tools and scripts. Use big‑data analytics (Kibana / Elastic Search) to identify and pre‑empt anomalies. Collaborate with product teams and senior support staff to propose process or tool improvements. Participate in system and network projects, providing technical input aligned with documented processes. Standardize product monitoring dashboards and work with various support teams to restore availability. Implement changes to mitigate problems and improve products or infrastructure. Ensure alignment with risk mitigation, procedures, and best practices. Work on weekend rotations to support production deployments or monitoring activities. Key Skills & Proficiencies Technical Experience with HP‑UNIX or RHEL Linux environments. Hands‑on with big‑data analytics tools such as Kibana and Elastic Search. Knowledge of Oracle or other database platforms. Proficiency in automation and scripting (ksh, Python, Perl, Bash). Familiarity with configuration and deployment tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Ansible. Exposure to network technologies: TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls, ADC, VPN. Professional Adapt quickly to change and perform under stress. Methodical in problem investigation and process orientation. Customer‑focused with a quality mindset. Team‑player in a multicultural environment. Education Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Engineering. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $64,282 – $119,382 annually (location dependent). Base salary with bonus opportunity based on performance.
