Warehouse Operator

Rate of Pay: $19.00 Hours: 2pm-10:30pm Benefits: Vacation Pay, Holiday Pay, Health Insurance, and 401K Job is Contingent On: Drug screen, background check, and Interview Job Requirements: As a Warehouse Operator youll play a crucial role in receiving, shipping, inventory control, and maintaining cleanliness. Reporting to the Warehouse Shift Leader/Supervisor, you help uphold the companys high standards in safety, quality, and efficiency. Role involves standing, walking, handling materials, and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs, potentially more). Work may include exposure to moving parts, noise, vibration, temperature fluctuations, and adherence to personal protective equipment (PPE) policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift in line with established guidelines
• Receive and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
• Perform repalletization and inventory control using systems like D365, including reading lot numbers and maintaining documentation according to SECS standards.
• Keep the work area clean and organized, and complete master sanitation tasks as assigned.
• Monitor product quality, reporting any deviations to maintain company standards.
• Follow all company safety policies (including GMP, QC, QA) and adhere to personnel and equipment maintenance protocols.
