Accounting Manager - Healthcare | Hybrid Schedule
LHH
LHH is partnering with a growing healthcare company on a newly created Accounting Manager position! This role offers the opportunity to join a collaborative team with strong leadership support, hybrid flexibility, and excellent potential for continued growth.
The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop Staff and Senior Accountants
- Oversee month-end close across multiple practices
- Support corporate reporting and consolidations across various regions
- Perform technical accounting research
- Assist with external audits as needed
- Partner with FP&A on variance analysis and related inquiries
- Support acquisition-related accounting activities
- Contribute to special projects and other ad hoc responsibilities
Qualifications:
- CPA or actively pursuing CPA preferred xhyhwjd
- At least 1 year of management experience required
- Experience working in a multi-entity environment required
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- External audit experience is a plus
Remote working/work at home options are available for this role.
