The Role

We're looking for a Recruiter with proven experience supporting growth-focused businesses to join our internal team. In this role, you'll drive full-cycle recruiting efforts, helping companies hire top performers while shaping the next phase of Rose James Company's own growth.

What You'll Do

• Source qualified candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and other job boards

• Conduct phone screens, virtual interviews, and candidate evaluations

• Manage multi-monthly placements across sales, marketing, and operations roles

• Build strong candidate pipelines for growth-driven companies with high hiring needs

Candidate MUST HAVE

• 3+ years recruiting experience working with scaling or growth businesses

• Demonstrated success with resume sourcing and building candidate pipelines

• Strong phone and virtual interviewing skills

• Ability to manage multiple roles and placements at once

• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
