Job Opportunity: Shipper Receiver

FieldBridge is looking for a Southaven, MS based Shipper Receiver to work for a global water technology company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay/Schedule: $20/hour. Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Great OT opportunity available. At $20/hr and 48 hrs/week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,040 gross.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Shipper Receiver to handle all aspects of shipping and receiving operations at the Southaven, MS facility. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and shipping products, receiving and verifying incoming materials, and maintaining accurate records under minimal supervision. This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and experience with material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ship products in accordance with shipping orders, completing bills of lading and all required documentation
• Wrap, pack, and prepare materials in shipping containers using appropriate packing materials
• Receive and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, noting discrepancies on packing slips and forwarding to the appropriate person
• Operate material handling equipment including forklift trucks, hoists, and pump trucks
• Record shipment counts into the computer system using bar coding guns, print and affix bar code labels, and maintain accurate records of all shipments and receipts

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of shipping and receiving or related experience
• Experience operating forklifts, hoists, and pump trucks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision
• Basic computer skills for data entry and bar code scanning
• Ability to interpret packing specifications and calculate container dimensions from drawings or measurements
• Strong organizational skills and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work area
