WHAT YOU'LL DO EACH DAY:
- Perform in‑house service and maintenance on our own fleet of trucks
- Diagnose and repair vehicles for our fleet customers
- Use advanced scan tools, technical knowledge, and training to troubleshoot diesel and trailer issues
- Provide parts lists to supervisors/advisors to ensure efficient repair flow
To Qualify, You'll Need:
- Experience working on diesel vehicles, trailers, heavy‑duty equipment, or similar machinery
- Ability to provide your own tools
- Valid driver's license
- Strong technical skills
Having technical education, years of diesel/technical experience, and a CDL are preferred but not required.
WHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURN:
- Pay: $80,000–$100,000 annually, including overtime pay, based on experience and skill level.
- Schedule: You'll work a full-time schedule between 7 AM and 4 PM (Mon–Fri) or 8 AM and 5 PM (Mon–Fri), with every other Saturday morning as part of rotating coverage. Overtime is available!
