Marketing Director

• Build, own, and scale Regrello’s high-impact Executive Marketing Program
• Create and execute marketing for C-suite technology and business buyers
• Develop executive thought leadership, executive event content, influencer marketing, an external executive advisory community, and messaging for technical executive audiences
• Design bespoke executive engagement strategies
• Execute executive events and direct C-level content and messaging
• Orchestrate target account programs that accelerate pipeline velocity across global regions
• Craft executive messaging tailored to C-level operational and business technology leaders
• Develop executive briefing materials, C-level presentation decks, exclusive research insights, and thought leadership assets
• Establish and lead a scalable Exec-to-Exec Program matching Salesforce/Regrello executives with C-level enterprise customer prospects
• Drive deal sourcing and advancement through executive introductions and strategic touchpoints
• Identify, cultivate, and activate industry influencers, enterprise champions, and peer advocates
• Own and execute exclusive Agentforce Operations executive events
• Integrate Regrello/AFO into Salesforce World Tours and Operating Unit executive programming
• Direct guest strategy, speaker preparation, attendee experience, and executive programming to maximize deal progression

Requirements

• 10+ years of executive marketing, enterprise ABM, or field marketing experience in enterprise B2B SaaS
• Salesforce ecosystem experience strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of how C-level executives think, consume content, and make purchasing decisions
• Proven history of managing high-stakes executive programs
• Exceptional history of conceptualizing, organizing, and executing elite, high-ROI executive events within major industry circuits
• Elite verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to distill complex enterprise AI products into sharp, compelling executive narratives
• Ability to partner with Sales, Executive Leadership, Product Marketing, and Ecosystem Alliances
• Experience in supply chain, back-office operations, or consulting is nice to have
