What You’ll Do

• Provide emergency hand injury coverage in an inpatient, Level I trauma setting
• Manage transfers and emergency department calls related to hand trauma
• Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure timely and effective patient care
• Document patient encounters using EPIC EMR system
• Participate in 24-hour on-call rotations, providing prompt responses to urgent cases
• Support hospital efforts to maintain continuous coverage gaps
• Assist with urgent and trauma-related cases, excluding reimplantations

What You Need

Required:

• Valid license in Colorado or IMLC/Active license
• Hand surgery fellowship completed
• Experience with EPIC EMR system (prior experience preferred)
• Ability to handle 24-hour shifts and manage trauma cases effectively

Preferred:

• Previous experience in trauma or emergency hand surgery
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
