Construction Project Specialist

Working remotely full-time, the Construction Project Specialist will manage project documentation, track major action items, and support construction and facilities management teams to improve processes and create efficiencies. Key responsibilities Track and document major project action items, contracts, and timelines Serve as an internal resource for construction and facilities operational initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance organizational processes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required, or a High School Diploma with five years of relevant experience Three years of experience in construction support, customer service, or a related field Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and web-based applications Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred Experience in project management is preferred
