Office Manager — Land Surveying Firm (Kissimmee, FL) On-site | Full-time | Reports to Firm Leadership Johnston's Surveying, a 100+ year Florida surveying firm, is hiring an Office Manager to own and run the administrative operation of our Kissimmee office. This is not a support seat. You will be the operational backbone of the office — the person leadership trusts to make administration run without them. You'll own front‑desk and client communication, document and survey‑record control, insurance and employee‑benefits administration, professional license and CE tracking, new‑hire onboarding, front‑desk payment capture, and day‑to‑day office operations and staff supervision. What you'll own: Client front‑desk operations, communication, and payment capture Document control, records management, and recording Insurance and employee‑benefits administration — renewals, COIs, enrollments Professional licensing and CE tracking (zero lapses) New‑hire onboarding and office staff supervision General office operations — supplies, vendors, deliveries/shipments, subscriptions, office environment What we require: 7–10 years of office management experience Direct experience supervising administrative staff Business insurance and employee‑benefits administration experience Strong document and records management discipline Surveying / AEC / construction background preferred You report directly to firm leadership.
