Regional Leasing Lead for Lease-Up & Affordable Housing

Pratum Companies is seeking a Regional Leasing Specialist to lead leasing at multiple properties, especially during lease-up phases. The role focuses on increasing qualified traffic, improving conversions, and driving applications and move-ins across LIHTC, HUD-based, and market-rate communities. You will train onsite teams in CRM use and report KPIs to clients and internal teams. The position requires extensive travel (up to 100%), on-site work in the DC metro region, and a flexible schedule #J-18808-Ljbffr pratumco
