Job Summary: Labor And Delivery (L&D) Nurse Arlington, Texas
Nights Labor and Delivery/OBED nursing role within a womens services unit focused on high-risk obstetric care. The position supports intermediate fetal monitoring and advanced life support needs, with additional OBED responsibilities. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Current nursing licensure; Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP); intermediate fetal monitoring; at least 1 year of travel experience in high-risk Labor and Delivery (L/D).
• Preferred Qualifications: OBED experience; high-risk and high-volume Labor and Delivery experience.
• Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-risk OB care, including patient management that may involve magnesium drips and insulin drips
  • Support circulating and scrub roles as assigned
  • Maintain safe operations in a unit with typical 2:1 patient ratios
• Additional Information: On-call requirement of 1 shift every 4 weeks; floating may be required within womens services (postpartum/antepartum).
