Operate the Burger Bar, Slice N Dice, TDR, and/or Coffee Shop during a scheduled shift Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous food and beverage service to guests Handle cash according to all policies and procedures Operate coffee and food service equipment Perform limited food preparation Serve alcohol when required Follow safety and sanitation guidelines Maintain compliance with information security policies and procedures Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional work environment Meet attendance guidelines and comply with regulatory, departmental, and company policies Attend necessary meetings Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment Limited cash handling, limited coffee shop, and some degree of food production experience Excellent communication skills Ability to write routine correspondence and speak effectively to the public, employees, and customers Ability to interact effectively with customers and employees Ability to resolve problems/conflicts diplomatically and tactfully Must be able to stand, walk, and move through all areas of the casino Must be able to lift at least twenty (20) pounds Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced casino environment Must be able to work in an environment where smoking is permitted Must complete all required SGC Training programs within nine (9) months from commencement of employment Core Competencies Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills while operating food and beverage service in a fast-paced environment.
