Key Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pans, and kitchen equipment Operate commercial dish machine safely and properly Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish area Empty trash and recycling from kitchen areas as needed Assist with sweeping and mopping kitchen floors Support basic prep tasks when time allows Maintain organized storage of clean equipment Follow all food safety and sanitation standards What We’re Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in a fastpaced kitchen environment Comfortable with repetitive, physically active tasks Teamoriented mindset Ability to stand for extended periods Able to lift up to 50 lbs Schedule & Work Environment Primarily daytime/weekday shifts, some flexibility required Highvolume professional kitchen environment Exposure to heat, water, and cleaning chemicals #J-18808-Ljbffr Ember Custom Event Planning & Catering LLC
