As a Catering Attendant, you will provide outstanding guest service while serving food and beverages in a banquet setting. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner; replenish buffet line food as needed Monitor guest needs ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled; handle any guest complaints Follow all alcoholic beverage policies and procedures Break down the event according to company procedures More about you Must be 18 years of age or older Excellent guest service skills Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment The ability to take food and beverage orders and fill those orders correctly No high school diploma or GED required Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails Understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and be responsive Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol Accountability in maintaining inventory Physical requirements Ability to stand or walk, including up and down stairs, for the entire length of the shift Ability to lift 35 pounds Ability to work in variable indoor and outdoor temperatures and weather conditions Shift details Days Evenings On call Holidays M-F Evenings as needed Weekends Events Source: Hospitality Online #J-18808-Ljbffr
